5. Liability

While we take great care in all services, Lee’s Lawn Care is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage.

Damage caused by hidden or unsafe conditions on your property (e.g., loose wiring, hoses, debris).

Any delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
